Building bearing structures must be not only maximally simple and cheap in fabrication, they must not interfere with the building operation, including, considering the possible alterations, and ideally occupy the only possible organic spot. The building bearing structures are not an end in itself, they are but a necessity, that without which the building cannot exist or function.
In designing the objects located in immediate proximity to existing civil and industrial structures, the geotechnical substantiation of the construction is conducted considering the mutual influence. The most important factor is the numerical value of additional set of existing structures arising from the construction of the new ones - it is determined through FEM models program set developed by the employees of ZAO NPO Georekonstruktsiya-Fundamentproekt headed by professor V.M.
