One of our studio's chief competitive advantages is our special treatment of the façade design: an integrated approach towards the solution of image unity of spatial solution and all external elements of the façade, considering the conservation of esthetical value of an urban medium.
1. Architectural design solutions
The façade is universalized; the new technologies of façade systems are made, related to facing materials as well as leaded lights. We have developed the innovative solutions allowing us to combine leaded lights, stone, ceramics, certain modules set at the design stage. We have found a number of unique construction solutions, ideal elements and tie-in points.
Implementing esthetic idea is effectively combined with the quality of durable construction.
In solving the esthetic issues, we use large size stones, of various textures and tones, not only in 30 by 60 block, which is what usually is used in economy-class buildings, which considerably limits the original esthetical idea.
We have developed projects of facades, combining large size stones with stable ventilation systems, designed specifically and taking in consideration all building particulars. For instance, the façade of the Intersoft company office on Chaikovskogo Street, Novotel, lot two of 130th block; Avenue Business Center.
2. Working with materials
We work only with durable materials with at least 50-years life span, whether Italian tiles, German aluminum or Russian steel. At that, we always carefully consider the climate specifics of St.Petersburg.
We prefer to use in our work stainless metallic frames and good quality German aluminum. Such constructions have bearing qualities, which do not get destroyed as a result of temperature difference or chemical inconsistency with other metals, not corresponding to the seaside climate of St.Petersburg and therefore, do not corrode the bearing structures. Additionally, the materials we use hold the form beautifully and have the color gamut very becoming to the color of St.Petersburg skies.
The geography of materials we use (stones, ceramics, steels, glass) is very wide, and all used materials have the full set of required certifications, conforming to the legislative requirements of the Russian Federation on safe construction and building operations, which are strictly checked by the authorized officials of specialized departments.
3. Management and working with subcontractors
The set team of Russian and foreign partners and contractors understanding each other well, permits us to develop most effective working solutions, while thewell-tuned relations with a great number of suppliers allows us to select facing and finishing materials with optimal price-quality ratio.
The studio management pays special attention to continuous professional education of our specialists, designing facades. Participation in round tables, taking part in respective seminars, sharing or experience and know-how with the leading European companies also improve the level of technical expertise and material and technical foundation, in general.
Working directly with the suppliers and producers, controlling all technical issues and architectural supervision guarantee the achievement of a planned result. As a result, the Client can always be sure that the project will be implemented with strict adherence to the original idea.
